Description: Get colorful in this long sleeve dress with elastic creating ruffle edge. Lace up keyhole, round neck is elasticized (can be worn off the shoulder). Smocked elastic at waist. Lined, ruffle hem has side slits. Elastic under the bustline allows for a lot of stretch. Up to 6" more than listed in the size chart.
