changing or cancelling an order
If you wish to cancel an order, add or delete an item or change a size or color, email us at myorder@alight.com and tell us exactly what changes you wish to make.
You can also call us at 516-367-1095 9:30AM - 6:00PM Eastern Standard Time Monday- Friday. Our warehouse personnel arrive very early each morning to ship orders. It may not be possible to change an order that was processed prior to your email request.
