how to order
We know life is hard enough without complicated directions when you want to buy
something. And buying from alight.com is not only a cinch, but secure, too. When you place
an order, you can feel confident that your credit card information is protected.
To Place your Secure Online Order:
· Order
your clothing by clicking on the "Add to Bag" button, located near the
middle or bottom of the product page. This will place your clothing selection in the
"Shopping Bag". From the Bag, you may complete your order by clicking the
"checkout" button.
· If you
decide to "Keep Shopping", you will return to the previous product page. You may
"Add to Bag" another item from any other page, or may review and
complete your order by clicking the "Shopping Bag" button located at the top of
any page.
· If you wish to place your order over the phone call us
at 516-367-1095 9:30-6:00pm Eastern Standard Time, Monday - Friday. If you wish to pay by check, money order or paypal, click

· Once in the
Shopping Bag, select "checkout" and complete the Shipping and Billing sections. Your billing address and phone
number MUST be the same as the information that you have on file with your credit card company. Your credit card company will
decline any order with information that does not match what they have on file.
· If you have a coupon code, enter it on the
first checkout page in the box that says: Enter the Coupon Code. Only one coupon code can be used per
order. Coupon codes are good for only a one time use and are not transferable. Please note that most coupon redemptions
require a minimum purchase and all have an expiration date. Coupons cannot be used on an exchange. If you wish to use a
coupon on an exchange, we will treat
the exchange request as a new order.
· At the end
of the Billing Form, select "Place Order". If you pay for your purchase using a bankcard that is associated
with your checking account such as a debit or check card, DO NOT hit the "place order" button more than once. Doing so will
place funds in your account on reserve, making them unavailable to you until they are released by your financial institution.
Depending on your bank's policies, these held funds could be unavailable to you for up to 30 days.
· You will be directed to your
Order Confirmation, which you may print for your records. Note that if you can see this
Confirmation page, then your order has been successfully transmitted. Mission
