After you place your order, an order confirmation page will appear with your order number. We suggest that you save this page. We will also email you an order confirmation soon after the order is placed. Most orders ship within
48 hours of order placement (subject to credit card authorization and address verification). Our shipping department is closed weekends and holidays. We will e-mail you confirming that your order has shipped.
Shipping notification emails are sent after the transaction is closed with your bank. Most banks close a transaction with us within 24 hours after the order shipped. Some banks are slow to close transactions. This will delay the emailing of your shipping notification. Included in this e-mail will be a link that will allow you to track your order. Orders shipped standard ground via USPS are not trackable. The shipping notification will only list item information. Coupon, store credit or gift certificate information will not be listed in this email. Please note that Calito dresses are custom made and will ship within 2-4 weeks of order placement.
If there was a problem with your credit card authorization or with item availability, we will e-mail you or call you to resolve the issue.
When a tracking number is included, please note that we've assigned it before giving the package to the carrier. If your tracking number does not appear immediately, the carrier may still be processing this information into their system. You may need to check the carrier's site periodically for the updated information. Generally this information is not available until
1-3 days after the package has shipped.
International orders cannot be tracked. Occasionally, we consolidate international orders into our corporate office (if the items on the order are in multiple warehouses). You may see an email with tracking information showing delivery to our Woodbury, NY office.
Some items ship directly from the manufacturer's warehouse to you. You may receive multiple boxes, but you will only be charged one shipping fee. If you order is being shipped from multiple locations, we will email you to expect two or more boxes from us.
For deliveries in the USA, you can expect to receive your order within 6-9 business days (3-6 business days if you chose Priority Shipping). If you paid for expedited delivery, expect to receive your order in 2 business days (for orders placed before Noon Eastern Standard Time - Monday-Friday). Business days are Monday-Friday with holidays excluded. Credit card approval and/or address verification must be completed in our system prior to Noon EST in order for the package to ship the same day. Orders received after Noon EST will ship the next business day. Examples: Order is received on Monday at 9:00 AM EST. Package will arrive on Wednesday. Order is received on Thursday at 1:30 PM. Package will ship on Friday and arrive on Tuesday.
