alight uses a very sophisticated real time inventory management system. The site is updated constantly so that only available items can be ordered. We are very proud of our 99.8% fulfillment accuracy rate. However the system is not perfect (yet) and occasionally an available item cannot be shipped. We will notify you if an item you ordered is out of stock. If your order is not processed immediately after it was placed (due to credit card decline, lack of cooperation from the credit card company in verifying your data, incorrect credit card expiration date or wrong or missing billing or shipping information), the items in the order are not reserved.

We are happy to answer any questions you have about any product's fit, fabric, color, design or availability. Click on the "ask a question" button on any product page to easily and quickly send us an email about any item. You can also chat with us online, email us at support@alight.com or call us at 516 367 1095 Monday - Friday 9:30AM-6PM EST. If an item is sold out in the size and color you want, we can tell you if more is on order. If the item is being reordered, we can email you when it is available again. If the item is not coming in again, we will be glad to recommend some options. Sale items are rarely restocked.

A great way to shop the site is by using our search by size feature and our refine your search feature. You can access the size search feature by clicking on your size in the size menu located at the upper right of any page. You can also access this feature from any main category page. You will only see the items in stock for immediate delivery in your size. Items that are not available in your size will not be displayed.
