Standard Shipping Guide

United States

Flat rate shipping on continental standard ground service
6-9 business days. Standard ground service to AK, HI, US territories or APO/FPO addresses can take up to 20 days.
Continental US rates:

• orders under $100.00 = $8.49 flat rate
• orders $100.00 and above = SHIPPING IS FREE!  
  

AK, HI and all US territories:

• $0.00-50.00 = $11.99
• $50.01-75.00 = $12.99
• $75.01-100.00 = $15.99
• $100.01-150.00 = $17.99
• $150.01-200.00 = $18.99
• $200.01-300.00 = $19.99
• $300.01-400.00 = $21.99
• over $400.00 = $27.99

Priority US shipping

Generally arrives within 3-6 business days to most areas in the Continental US. Business days are Monday-Friday with holidays excluded. Credit card approval and/or address verification must be completed in our system prior to Noon EST in order for the package to ship the same day. Orders received after Noon EST will ship the next business day.
Orders ship via USPS or UPS for the 48 Continental States:

• orders under $99.99 = $11.99 flat rate
• orders $100.00 and above = $16.99 flat rate 
   
  

2-Day Air   
UPS will deliver your order in 2 business days (the order must be placed by Noon EST). Business days are Monday-Friday with holidays excluded. Credit card approval and/or address verification must be completed in our system prior to Noon EST in order for the package to ship the same day. Orders received after Noon EST will ship the next business day.
Examples: Order is received on Monday at 9:00 AM EST. Package will arrive on Wednesday. Order is received on Thursday at 1:30 PM. Package will ship on Friday and arrive on Tuesday.

Please note that evening and party dresses from Alex Evenings (twin sets too), Scala, Patra, Donna Ricco, Adrianna Papell, Faviana, Sydney's Closet, Night Moves, Party Time, Blush, Xcite, Karen Miller, Atria, Calito and Aurora Gowns can be shipped via 2 day air. However the order may not ship for 1-2 days from the date the order is approved. Due to the heavier weight and larger box size used for evening, party dresses and twin sets, a $10 fee, per item, will be added to the shipping total.

We have shipped orders worldwide for over 12 years. The vast majority of orders arrive within the time frame listed above. Occasionally orders can be delayed for reasons beyond our control. The delivery time frame listed is not guaranteed. All our pricing and shipping charges are in U.S. funds.

You may receive multiple boxes if you ordered from multiple brands - however, you are only charged one shipping charge no matter how many boxes it takes to ship you order!

Most orders are shipped within 24 hours of order placement. This applies only to orders shipped in the USA. An International order generally ships within 3 days from the date the order is placed.

All shipping, handling and credit card transaction fees that we incur on refused or cancelled orders are non-refundable.
