Alight, a leading cloud-based human capital and technology services provider today announced it has been named to Seramount’s 2022 Best Companies for Dads list and FlexJobs’ inaugural list of the Top 100 Companies for Hybrid Jobs 2022. These two recognitions showcase Alight’s dedication to building a purpose-driven organization that promotes wellbeing through workplace flexibility and family-first support.

A best company for dads
In its fifth year, Seramount’s 2022 Best Companies for Dads list highlights companies that are focusing on providing inclusive benefits for families, including paid gender-neutral parental leave, paid emergency childcare, bereavement leave after a partner/spouse miscarriage, and more. Companies that qualified for this list underwent a survey process of more than 400 questions for Seramount to understand the availability and usage of these programs for fathers at each organization.
Alight was among the 100 companies that earned a spot on this year’s list for its paid parental leave, healthcare and financial resources, social support, flexible work arrangements, and access to backup childcare that it offers its working fathers.
A top hybrid role employer
For its inaugural Top 100 Companies for Hybrid Jobs list, FlexJob’s analyzed 57,000 companies and their hybrid job postings from Sept 2021 to August 2022. Alight ranked as number 22 of 100 companies that had the most hybrid job postings during this time-period. According to FlexJobs’ Career Pulse 2022 Survey, nearly a third (32%) of respondents say hybrid is their ideal work arrangement, with 65% preferring to work from home full-time. In that same survey, 84% said having a remote or hybrid job makes or would make them a happier person in general.
