Dinesh Tulsiani leads strategy and corporate development, and is responsible for M&A, strategic alliances, and other opportunities that generate growth for Alight.
Dinesh works closely with the executive leadership team to define, execute and accelerate Alight’s strategic vision. Over the course of his tenure with Alight, he has been instrumental in driving the company’s growth trajectory, including its expansion into health navigation, global payroll, and voluntary benefits.
Before joining Alight, Dinesh led corporate development for Aon’s HR solutions segment. He also held several other key strategic roles, including senior vice president corporate strategy at Aon and vice president corporate development and strategy at Hewitt Associates. Before joining Hewitt, Dinesh worked at IHS Markit and EY.
Dinesh earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in finance and economics from Delhi University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Wake Forest University.
