Alight will become part of a network of over 100 other companies, institutions, and centers of higher education focused on driving technology innovation in and around the Chicagoland community. The company is also launching the Alight Innovation Lab housed at 1871 to allow its skilled problem-solvers access to the resources and space to focus on developing new solutions and technology to help meet some of the biggest health, wealth and HR challenges facing organizations today.
