Uniper migrated its on-premise SAP® ERP Human Capital Management solution to the SAP SuccessFactors® Employee Central solution to take advantage of managed payroll by Alight.
The system change meant Uniper could provide new functionality, including digital self service, mobile access and chatbot technology. Giving staff the tools they needed to do their jobs better, improved employee experience, boosted engagement and enabled the HR team to focus on more strategic tasks.
