Lowering risk, increasing efficiency and getting access to better data insights to enhance the employee experience, were all at the top of the HR priority list.

The market demands lower costs, greater efficiency and a sharpened focus on compliance. The AMB AMRO HR team realized it was time for a stronger push for innovation, automation and digitisation.

To make this happen, the organization needed an agile HR model with the flexibility to adapt to changing needs and the ability to integrate people processes, systems and data on a global scale.

The solutions: Deliver, design, deploy and maintain

To provide ABN AMRO with the data-driven insights they’re looking for, Alight will deliver an end-to-end HR and payroll platform based on technology from SAP® SuccessFactors® solutions. The processes and systems used by the bank’s employees for HR-related business will be integrated within the Alight Worklife platform.

By leveraging machine learning, Alight will develop the processes to drive ABN AMRO’s operational and innovation requirements. A dedicated team of Alight specialists will work onsite to deliver a full change management and employee experience program with a seamless transition to the new platform.
