Alight Solutions, a leading cloud-based provider of integrated digital human capital and business solutions, is proud to announce it has earned a score of 100 on the Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s 2021 Corporate Equality Index (CEI).
The 2021 CEI is the nation’s foremost benchmarking survey and report measuring corporate policies and practices related to workplace equality for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer (LGBTQ) employees. The CEI rated 1,142 U.S.-based companies on criteria including nondiscrimination policies, equitable benefits for LGBTQ workers and their families, supporting an inclusive culture and corporate social responsibility.
“At Alight, we want our LGBTQ+ colleagues and all of our colleagues to feel respected and comfortable being real and showing up to work as their true, authentic selves,” said Xan Daniels, global inclusion and diversity leader at Alight. “Receiving a perfect score on the CEI is a testament to our focus on ensuring our values are at the forefront of how we operate as a business, how we treat one another and how we serve our clients and their people.”
