Alight Solutions (NYSE: ALIT) a leading cloud-based provider of integrated digital human capital and business solutions, has announced it has deployed Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) and Workday Payroll at Vaultex.
As one of the UK’s leading cash processors in the UK, Vaultex delivers best-in-class integrated cash management to its customers. To improve operational efficiencies and people processes, it selected Alight to deploy Workday HCM and Workday Payroll.
Workday HCM is a unified system that helps organisations to make faster decisions, gain operational visibility, prepare for future talent shifts, and build effective teams. Workday Payroll processes payroll efficiently in a unified system while offering flexibility to adapt to changing needs.
Vaultex is now in a position to support the full employee life cycle for HR and Payroll, improve visibility across its HR operations, increase time and cost efficiencies, attract and retain the brightest talent, and deliver on its people strategy.
As an experienced Workday services partner, Alight provided Vaultex with a smooth Workday deployment – and now, Alight’s Workday optimisation team will continue to work with Vaultex as it navigates the post go-live journey with its 1,600 UK workforce. The optimisation team will provide ongoing functional, technical, and administrative support to Vaultex’s use of the Workday Service.
“As a company we’re always open to implementing products that benefit our business, our people, and our customers,” said Fergus Connolly, HR Director at Vaultex. “Workday achieves all three of those aims, particularly in relation to efficiency and accuracy: our two core company requirements.
“To date, the support we have received throughout the process from Alight has been exemplary. I’m delighted that, together, we have delivered a solution that will help shape the future of Vaultex – and I am eager to see how the journey unfolds from here.”
“As companies in the UK continue with their digital transformations, Vaultex is not alone in seeking to reduce manual interventions and report on key metrics within the business,” said Marcus Beaver, UKI lead at Alight Solutions. “Vaultex needs to uphold high levels of accuracy and keep up with customer accounts at pace. With Alight’s capabilities, the business now has visibility into HR data and a consistent approach used around the world, which is key to making effective decisions related to business goals and direction.”
