KONGSBERG Deploys Workday In Partnership with Alight Solutions

Alight was selected as KONGSBERG’s implementation partner based on its Workday deployment capabilities and expertise. Alight’s dedicated team of consultants worked in partnership with KONGSBERG to ensure a strong understanding of the business’ corporate, departmental, geographical, and technological needs, allowing it to guide KONGSBERG through the implementation process to arrive at a solution that meets the group’s specific requirements.

The system, which went live in early June 2022, means KONGSBERG now has a more efficient approach to HR operations across its global business, giving it the information it needs to inform its overarching people strategy. The Alight team will continue to support KONGSBERG operationally following the smooth Workday deployment and system go-live.
