Being a purpose-driven organisation might have been seen as a ‘nice to have’, but it is increasingly being seen as ‘a must’. Our research shows that more and more employees are looking to work for purpose-driven companies and it is increasingly being seen as a differentiator. Now in its 12th edition, this study examines a wide range of focus areas, including employee wellbeing and experience, culture, total rewards and workplace technology.
