Future-proof your workplace benefits strategy

When it comes to the battle for talent, workplace benefits represent one of the most useful tools available – however a successful strategy must be built on the latest insights.

According to our latest study, Building a Benefits Strategy Fit for the Future, which surveyed 1,400 employees and 420 employers across France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain and the United Kingdom, only 37% of workers feel their employer delivers on their specific benefit needs.

Moreover, there are stark differences between different demographic groups. For instance, those 18-34, tend to place more emphasis on benefits than those aged 55-64, for whom just 17% say benefits are their main reason for choosing an employer.
