Alight Solutions, a leading provider of next level human capital and business solutions, announced Kelley Michalik has been promoted to the role of chief marketing officer, charged with accelerating Alight’s brand presence around the world. Kelley will lead Alight’s global marketing team including creative design, demand generation, digital marketing, product marketing, field marketing, and public relations.

“Through our data-driven insights, differentiated capabilities and depth of human capital expertise, Alight has the ability to help our clients transform for the future and achieve meaningful results for their businesses and their people,” said Stephan Scholl, CEO of Alight. “Kelley has been at the center of articulating Alight’s unique value proposition and aligning the marketing strategy to our strategic vision.”

Over her 12-year career at Alight and its predecessor organizations, Kelley has held numerous roles, most recently serving as CMO on an interim basis, during which time she spearheaded a major evolution in Alight’s brand and has been instrumental in bringing to life the company’s new strategic direction. Kelley’s broad marketing experience includes brand and marketing operations, solutions marketing, digital strategy, events and content strategy. Notably, Kelley established and executed a highly successful lead generation program for Alight’s human capital solutions business.

Before joining marketing, Kelley was a solution architect helping clients solve their biggest HR and business services challenges. She also led a team of solution architects and solutions operations colleagues focused on bringing Alight’s Workday solutions to market and growing that business. Kelley held solution architect and sales positions during her more than 10-year at IBM Global Services.

“Alight is in a tremendous position to solve truly relevant problems for our clients and their people and I am thrilled to have the opportunity to advance our impact by bringing empathy to the center of our marketing priorities,” said Kelley Michalik.
