As one of the UK’s leading cash processors in the UK, Vaultex delivers best-in-class integrated cash management to its customers. To improve operational efficiencies and people processes, it selected Alight to deploy Workday HCM and Workday Payroll.
Workday HCM is a unified system that helps organisations to make faster decisions, gain operational visibility, prepare for future talent shifts, and build effective teams. Workday Payroll processes payroll efficiently in a unified system while offering flexibility to adapt to changing needs.
Vaultex is now in a position to support the full employee life cycle for HR and Payroll, improve visibility across its HR operations, increase time and cost efficiencies, attract and retain the brightest talent, and deliver on its people strategy.
As an experienced Workday services partner, Alight provided Vaultex with a smooth Workday deployment – and now, Alight’s Workday optimisation team will continue to work with Vaultex as it navigates the post go-live journey with its 1,600 UK workforce. The optimisation team will provide ongoing functional, technical, and administrative support to Vaultex’s use of the Workday Service.
