This need has amplified during the pandemic to accommodate both remote and hybrid working models. Upskilling HR capabilities is a critical area to be addressed even though it is ranked lower as compared to previous years*(in our HR Transformation study). Increased investments in capability planning and alignment to newer business models connects with the theme of driving organizational change becoming a priority. This also resonates with the talent risks that were highlighted by respondents of the HR transformation study.
