Alight Solutions, a leader in technology-enabled health, wealth, and human capital management (HCM) and financial management solutions, today announced that Brannon Lacey has joined the company as president and chief solutions and strategy officer.

Brannon will drive the innovation and growth strategies across Alight’s primary solution lines, including health, wealth, and HCM and financial management solutions, as well as the company’s digital engagement capabilities. Brannon joins Alight’s executive leadership team, reporting to CEO Chris Michalak.

“Alight is focused on bringing breakthrough solutions to market that make work and life simpler for our clients and their people,” said Chris Michalak, CEO of Alight. “Brannon’s strong background in technology and product development will allow us to accelerate the speed with which we enable those solutions and help us place an even stronger emphasis on driving innovation at all levels of the organization.”

Most recently, Brannon was the senior vice president and general manager of application services at Rackspace, a leading managed cloud services company. Brannon also served as a principal at Samsung Ventures, where he led venture capital investments for mobility products. He is a proven product innovator, general manager and corporate developer.

“I believe that Alight is at an inflection point—its strong foundation and history in HR and cloud solutions, together with the investments it’s making in technology and its core business, position it well for a bright future ahead,” said Lacey. “I am thrilled to join a dynamic organization that is focused on developing and delivering industry-leading solutions that make peoples’ lives easier.”
