HR Transformation Study Asia: positive yet cost-conscious

According to our HR transformation study organizations in Asia have a positive yet cost-conscious outlook going forward.

Since the pandemic outbreak in 2020, governments in the Asia region have responded with vaccination, control measures and economic stimulus; organizations on the other hand have taken corrective (at times drastic) measures to adapt to the changing business environment.

The upside shows, with 54% of organizations in APAC projecting revenue growth for the coming 12 months. Amongst these, 34% are projecting a double-digit revenue growth. While organizations project growth, they are taking a more conservative approach to headcount increases, likely due to the rippling effects of the pandemic, by opting to take a cost conscious and productivity focused approach.
