From being autopilots to becoming copilots, AI has certainly made huge transformational strides across every industry over recent years. Rather than replacing human jobs, AI has become a powerful tool that enables humans to make more informed decisions, giving them a greater control over everything else.
The global executives and employees also agree with its potential to revolutionise but not threaten or replace. A majority of respondents (86%) in Microsoft's Work Trend Index Annual Report 2023 said that they are looking for AI to assist with finding the right information and answers they need. However, as excited as we are about the human-AI alliance, organisations will also need to shift our focus towards a more responsible use of AI technologies to achieve better outcomes, enhance productivity and fasten operations.
