According to our 2021 HR transformation study, Asian companies are utilizing multi-pronged strategies to secure long-term performance aspirations in human resources. Almost all our participants have three or more strategic levers to ensure HR success in the coming 24 months and beyond. Nine out of 10 respondents are incorporating at least two out of the top three strategic levers of innovation, quality and cost competitiveness.

Industry segments hit hardest by the pandemic are concentrating on expansion into adjacent markets and new business development. To succeed in their multi-pronged strategies, organizations need varying talent tactics. HR functions will be under pressure to design and implement a plan that enables people success and business outcomes.
