15 years of Alight’s Employee Mindset Study delivering actionable insights

Share

This year marks the 15th anniversary of the Alight Employee Mindset Study. So much has changed since we published the first Mindset report in 2010. Who could have predicted that AI would come to play such an important role in how we work and serve our clients—and how employers support their workforce? Or that companies would be faced with the question of whether to allow employees to perform their jobs remotely or risk the potential loss of critical talent by mandating a return to office?

While our world and workplace have evolved, many facets of the employee experience remain the same. Workers are still grappling with high healthcare costs, their financial worries are frequently overwhelming and they continue to be plagued by stress and burnout. On top of all that, they struggle to make the most of their benefits, as they strive to meet their goals across all measures of wellbeing.

In this short video, Alight’s Vice President of Health Strategy, Karen Frost shares her thoughts on the Mindset Study as an important resource for employers to understand how workers are really feeling and the role of high-tech, human touch support to help employees navigate the complex benefits ecosystem and make the best decisions for themselves and their families in the moments that matter.
