2022 Alight international workforce and wellbeing mindset report

The current state of employee wellbeing

The 2022 Alight international workforce and wellbeing mindset report highlights employee perceptions of wellbeing across many dimensions. It also suggests ways in which employers can support their staff with connected, personalized health, wealth and wellbeing solutions.

This year’s study of 10,000 employees from the U.S., U.K., France, Germany and The Netherlands was based on survey results collected at the beginning of 2022. It is the first time respondents outside of the U.S. have been surveyed about wellbeing, employee experiences, culture, total rewards and workplace technology.
