Alight named a Great Place to Work for third year in a row

Alight Solutions, a leading provider of next level human capital and business solutions, has been certified a Great Place to Work for the third year in a row. The distinction was earned through an independent analysis by the Great Place to Work® Institute—the global authority in helping organizations around the world build high-trust, high-performance workplace cultures.

The Great Place to Work Certification is based on surveys of more than 2,000 U.S.-based Alight colleagues about their experience working at Alight. Alight saw an 8 percentage point increase in the percentage of colleagues who rated Alight a great place to work compared to the 2019 survey. Additionally, 90% of colleagues surveyed said people care about one another at Alight; and the same percentage said that people are made to feel welcome.
