Alight Solutions earns perfect score on 2020 Corporate Equality Index

In its first year of participation, Alight Solutions, the leading next level human capital and business solutions provider, is pleased to announce that it earned a perfect score in The Human Rights Campaign’s 2020 Corporate Equality Index.  

The Corporate Equality Index (CEI) is the nation’s premier benchmarking survey and report measuring corporate policies and practices related to LGBTQ workplace equality. The results highlight U.S.-based companies that promote LGBTQ-friendly workplace policies in and that are advancing the cause of LGBTQ inclusion in workplaces in the U.S. abroad.

The CEI rates companies on detailed criteria falling under five broad categories: non-discrimination policies; employment benefits; demonstrated organizational competency and accountability around LGBTQ diversity and inclusion; public commitment to LGBTQ equality; and responsible citizenship.
