For the third year in a row, Alight Solutions, a leading cloud-based provider of integrated digital human capital and business solutions, achieved a score of 100 on the Human Rights Campaign’s Corporate Equality Index (CEI). Alight also earned a spot on FlexJobs’ list of the Top 100 Companies for Remote Jobs for the fifth consecutive year.

The CEI is the national benchmarking tool measuring policies, practices and benefits relevant to lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer (LGBTQ+) employees. The 2022 CEI rated 1,271U.S.-based companies on criteria including nondiscrimination policies, equitable benefits for LGBTQ+ workers and their families, supporting an inclusive culture and corporate social responsibility.

“A perfect score on the CEI spotlights our culture of safe spaces for LGBTQ+ colleagues and advocacy for inclusive initiatives across Alight,” said Xan Daniels, global inclusion and diversity leader at Alight. “Treating all our colleagues and clients with respect and accountability and being mindful that our actions affect the lives of millions in meaningful ways is central to our values at Alight.”

FlexJobs’ Top 100 Companies for Remote Jobs list analyzes almost 57,000 companies to rank organizations based on criteria including remote work options, schedule flexibility and freelance opportunities.

“Alight has been a leader in the flexible work space for years and I’m thrilled to be acknowledged by FlexJobs,” said Michael Rogers, chief human resources officer at Alight. “Listening and responding to the desire for greater flexibility from our colleagues has been paramount to adapting to the changing workforce.”

In 2021, Alight was listed as a Best Place to Work by the Great Place to Work® Institute and a Best Place to Work by Parents@Work. Alight’s CEI score of 100 also earns it the designation as a “Best Place to Work for LGBTQ+ Equality!”
