COVID-19 Employer Survey Results

In March 2020, Alight conducted an employer survey to find out how organizations were responding to the business disruptions caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. We heard from nearly 250 HR leaders at U.S. employers of all sizes on the early actions that their organizations have taken, and to help you benchmark your COVID-19 response efforts we are sharing the aggregated results from the survey below.
