According to our latest study, Building a Benefits Strategy Fit for the Future, only 37% of workers feel their employer delivers on their specific benefit needs. Moreover, there are stark differences between different demographic groups. For instance, those 18-34, tend to place more emphasis on benefits than those aged 55-64, for whom just 17% say benefits are their main reason for choosing an employer.
