As Alight’s Interim Chief Financial Officer, Gregory (Greg) Giometti leads the company’s day-to-day financial operations and advances strategic financial priorities in service of Alight’s clients and shareholders. In addition, Greg continues to serve as Alight’s Head of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), driving enterprise-wide financial strategy and performance management.
Before joining Alight in 2020, Greg held senior leadership roles across Global FP&A and Supply Chain Finance at Walgreens Boots Alliance (WBA). In Global FP&A, he supported board-level reporting, quarterly earnings preparation and external financial communications for the company’s more than $100 billion global enterprise. In Supply Chain Finance, Greg served as the primary finance partner to distribution and transportation leadership, overseeing a $1 billion-plus P&L and driving operational efficiency across the network. Earlier in his career, Greg held finance and operations leadership roles at Paper Source and BMO.
Greg holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from DePauw University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
