Naveen Baweja is a transformation-focused technology executive with deep experience leading large-scale digital, data, and AI-driven transformations for global enterprises. He has a proven track record of modernizing mission-critical platforms, scaling customer-facing digital ecosystems, and delivering measurable business outcomes. As Chief Technology Officer, Naveen Baweja leads the company's technology organization, driving innovation in artificial intelligence, automation, and digital transformation.
Prior to joining Alight, Naveen served as Vice President of Technology at The Walt Disney Company, where he led technology for the Disney Consumer Products business. In this role, he drove the enterprise-wide modernization of platforms supporting the world’s largest licensing ecosystem and built scalable direct-to-consumer e-commerce platforms. Earlier at Disney, he led e-commerce and digital travel trade solutions for Disney Parks & Resorts, driving sustained growth through innovation, personalization, and scalable digital experiences.
Before Disney, Naveen held senior leadership roles at CNA Insurance and McKinsey & Company, where he led enterprise data and analytics strategy and advised Fortune 500 clients on technology transformation and operating model redesign. He began his career at IBM Global Services and Rapidigm Inc., delivering enterprise technology solutions across industries.
Naveen is also the co-founder of Cure ADSSL1, a nonprofit organization advancing research and therapeutic development for a rare neuromuscular disease. In this role, he has built a global collaborative network spanning researchers, clinicians, and industry partners.
He holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Delhi.
