Dinesh Tulsiani serves as President, Employer Solutions at Alight, where he leads and accelerates the growth, innovation, and market leadership of Alight’s solutions portfolio. In this role, he owns the full strategic agenda for the Employer Solutions business, including product strategy, go-to-market execution, corporate strategy, M&A, strategic alliances, and other opportunities that generate growth for Alight. He reports directly to CEO Rohit Verma.
Dinesh previously served as Alight’s Chief Strategy Officer from September 2017 to February 2025, a role in which he was instrumental in driving the company’s growth trajectory, including its expansion into health navigation, global payroll, and voluntary benefits. Following his departure, he served in advisory roles with large private equity funds before rejoining Alight in an advisory capacity in January 2026.
Before his initial tenure at Alight, Dinesh led corporate development for Aon’s HR Solutions segment and held several key strategic roles, including Senior Vice President of Corporate Strategy at Aon and Vice President of Corporate Development and Strategy at Hewitt Associates. Earlier in his career, he worked at IHS Markit and EY.
Dinesh earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance and Economics from Delhi University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Wake Forest University.
