Steve brings more than 30 years of leadership in benefits administration, HR outsourcing, and commercial strategy. He has spent his career designing and delivering HR Business Process Outsourcing solutions—including payroll, benefits, pensions, talent management, and full-service HR—for Fortune 500 companies across North America and around the world.
Steve began his journey with Hewitt (now Alight), focusing on benefits administration and consulting solutions. Over the years, he has worked across nearly every part of the business, helping clients increase efficiency, improve access to data, and enhance the employee experience. He has a deep expertise in combining Alight’s proprietary technology with market-leading commercial tools to help clients maximize ROI, manage costs, and build sustainable operating strategies.
Before returning to Alight as Chief Commercial Officer, Steve served as SVP & Head of Americas at HCL Software, where he built global go-to-market strategies from the ground up, significantly exceeded revenue targets in his first year across North and Latin America. He launched new business verticals and managed all aspects of sales, marketing and partners channels.
Throughout his career at Alight and its predecessors, Steve has consistently delivered strong sales results and has earned multiple leadership awards. He is known for his ability to transform commercial organizations, develop scalable revenue engines, and build lasting relationships with C-suite leaders across diverse industries.
Steve holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Drew University and is passionate about helping clients solve complex challenges through technology-enabled services and a client-first approach.
