Increased automation at the point of sale now directly informs new client onboarding, allowing processes that would normally take up to three weeks to be completed with the press of a button. The new automation capabilities also give clients the benefit of earlier testing and training. Taken together, this integrated technology provides a more streamlined onboarding experience, while freeing up IT support teams to manage more complex client needs.
