Alight, Inc. The award program recognizes companies that prioritize sustainability in their business practices.

For this award, TIME and Statista evaluated companies in more than 20 key performance indicators related to sustainability, including compliance with international reporting standards, greenhouse gas emissions and progress toward sustainability goals and initiatives. Out of over 5,800 of the world’s largest and most influential companies assessed, the top 750 were awarded based on their transparency, accountability and impact on the environment.
Alight’s Corporate Sustainability and Impact program is focused on building a more sustainable future. Initiatives include:
- Receiving Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) validation for Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions reduction targets, reinforcing Alight’s commitment to reaching net‑zero emissions by 2050.
- Publishing Alight's fifth annual Global Impact Report, providing transparent disclosure aligned with leading sustainability reporting frameworks and stakeholder expectations
- Advancing governance of sustainability issues through oversight by the Board's Nominating and Governance Committee and cross-functional sustainability working groups
- Expanding supplier sustainability engagement to encourage emissions measurement, target setting and responsible business practices across Alight’s value chain
