Alight, Inc. (NYSE: ALIT), a leading cloud-based human capital and technology-enabled services provider, today announced it has been named one of Parity.Org’s Best Companies for Equal Advancement Opportunity, also known as the ParityLISTTM. This annual honor recognizes organizations that are creating a culture and conditions in which individuals have an equal opportunity to compete and advance. Companies are rated across a comprehensive rubric covering recruitment, promotion and compensation practices, as well as specific employee benefits and policies that contribute to a more equitable environment.
