Alight’s Shelly Graham honored as an Influential Women in Institutional Investing by Pensions & Investments for 2026

The award program, led by Pensions & Investments (P&I), honors women across the country who exemplify commitment to improving wealth outcomes for beneficiaries and promote representation across the industry.

Shelly’s career spans over 25 years in wealth services at Alight. Under her leadership, Alight:

  • Administers over $1.7 trillion in assets for nearly 12 million participants
  • Provides pension administration services to more than five million participants
  • Grew female representation in wealth leadership positions
