In its third year, Crain’s Notable LGBTQ Executives honors LGBTQ leaders for their personal and professional accomplishments, including their efforts to advance equality in the workplace and Chicago-area community.

As vice president of security assurance at Alight, Duke is responsible for ensuring transparency and alignment between Alight's security program, clients, and partners. Duke is also a passionate advocate for LGBTQ equality in the local community. Currently, he serves on the development committee of Brown Health, the Midwest’s largest LGBTQ organization, where he previously served as board chair. In addition, Duke was appointed by Governor Bruce Rauner to serve as Illinois Human Rights Commissioner and co-chair of the LGBTQ Working Group from 2015-2019.
