For the sixth time, Alight Solutions, a leader in technology-enabled health, wealth, and human capital management solutions (HCM), was recognized by NelsonHall’s NEAT assessment as a Leader in Multi-Process HR Services. NelsonHall also identified Alight as a Leader in the Workday Services Focus market segment.
According to NelsonHall, Alight was recognized for its ability to meet the current and future cloud-based needs of its clients, relative to its peers. The report acknowledged Alight’s comprehensive suite of cloud services offered across software platforms and its advisory capabilities to assist clients throughout their cloud journey.

The 2018 NEAT assessment evaluated 17 multi-process HR services vendors based on their performance across a range of criteria and business situations to identify the best performing vendors overall. Vendor scores are compiled from a combination of analyst assessment and client interviews. The report also included an analysis using the same methodology for the 12 Workday services vendors.
