Alight’s Nurse Navigation gives employees access to registered nurses who can prepare them for their provider visits and improve adherence to treatment plans. Once employees are directed to their preferred provider by an Alight Health Pro®, they can speak with an Alight Nurse Pro to better understand what information they need going into the appointment, what they should accomplish during the appointment, and what action should be taken afterward.
