Alight recognized for company culture, workplace flexibility and the employer-employee experience
Alight, a leading cloud-based human capital and technology services provider, today announced it has been certified as a 2023 Great Place to Work by the Great Place to Work® Institute as well as a Top 100 Companies to Watch for Remote Jobs in 2023 by FlexJobs for the sixth consecutive year.

Great Place to Work—the global authority on workplace culture—selects winners based on employee feedback and the workplace programs and practices that drive their experiences. In the independent survey of more than 2,000 Alight colleagues, 86% of employees rated Alight as a great place to work, with 92% of employees noting they feel welcomed upon joining the company and 90% identifying that people at Alight care about each other.
Additionally, 89% of employees noted they feel trusted by management to do a good job without being micro-managed and 90% of employees noted that Alight’s facilities contribute to a good working environment.
FlexJobs analyzed almost 58,000 companies throughout 2022 to rank organizations based on criteria including remote work options, schedule flexibility and freelance opportunities. FlexJobs reported a 20% increase in the number of remote job listings in 2022 compared to 2021, meaning companies had to have a higher number of remote job listings to earn this year’s distinction. Alight was ranked number 25 on the list.
