Workday, a leader in enterprise cloud applications for finance and human resources, with Alight Solutions, a leading cloud-based provider of integrated digital human capital and business solutions, have announced that Kaleyra, Inc., the rapidly growing omnichannel business communications platform, has successfully implemented Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) globally.
Kaleyra offers integrated and multi-channel communications tools to enterprise businesses worldwide through its proprietary platform, securely managing over 13.4 billion messages per quarter. To respond to the rapid growth of the business and drive employee efforts in alignment with the corporate vision, Kaleyra sought to restructure its HR processes and unified the employee experience across 18 global offices in the Americas, EMEA, and APAC. With Workday HCM, Kaleyra will gain greater operational efficiency, harmonise the employee experience across the entire organisation and gain insights in real-time by merging transactional and analytical data in one system.
With Workday, Kaleyra will improve:

By leveraging Alight’s decades of experience, it was possible to design a phased action plan able to ensure a smooth implementation process and to meet customer’s deadline requirements.
