Genmab: rapidly moving to a virtual learning model with Workday Learning

Genmab is an international biotechnology company, headquartered in Copenhagen, Denmark with locations in Utrecht, the Netherlands, Princeton, New Jersey, U.S. and Tokyo, Japan. The company was already leveraging almost the full scope of functionality from Workday including core HCM and Financial Management, and Workday Learning was always on their future roadmap.

When COVID-19 hit, this accelerated the need for a strong learning solution to enable employees to continue to learn virtually. Genmab turned to Alight as their trusted Workday optimization partner and quickly embarked on a project to deploy Workday Learning.
