Alight Solutions, a leader in benefits, payroll and cloud solutions, today announced it has completed its acquisition of NGA Human Resources. The combined organization will bring an enhanced level of technological capabilities, functional expertise and geographic reach across benefits, payroll and HR solutions to its global client base.

In addition, both organizations are driven by innovative technologies including Eloise, an intelligent virtual assistant that corrects, predicts and prevents payroll errors; the euHReka multi-tenant cloud payroll platform; and hrX, which provides companies with a centralized point to access their payroll and HR solutions including analytics.

Andy Monshaw will report to Chris Michalak and sit on Alight’s executive leadership team. Financial terms were not disclosed.
