Alight, a leading cloud-based provider of integrated digital human capital and business solutions, announced today that its Chief Executive Officer, Stephan Scholl, has been recognized as one of Crain’s Chicago Business 2022 Notable Executives in HR and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I).
This award recognizes best in class executives in the Chicago area who have demonstrated the ability to affect HR and diversity and inclusion within their organizations as well as in the larger community.
Stephan was recognized for using his background as a technologist to advance Alight’s ability to help clients strive for greater equity around benefits. In addition, Stephan has driven impactful changes within Alight, including appointing a global inclusion and diversity outlook and encouraging opportunities that ensure all colleagues feel a sense of belonging through initiatives like colleague-led communities and colleague listening sessions. Outside Alight, Stephan is an active member of the Fortune CEO Initiative and serves on the boards of Avaya, 1010data and Bishop’s College School in Quebec.
