HII offers employees an alternative to 401(k) loans through Alight and Kashable

In early 2020, HII collaborated with Alight to introduce a financial wellbeing solution aimed at reducing employee reliance on 401(k) loans. Recognizing a trend of frequent borrowing after significant life events, Kimberly Csan, Corporate Director of Benefits Strategy and Engagement at HII, sought to address the impact on long-term retirement savings.
