Our commitment
In alignment with our core values, Alight Solutions U.S. Supplier Inclusion program recognizes the important role we play in fostering a more inclusive and competitive supply chain. We are committed to extending opportunities to a broad range of qualified suppliers whose business values align with ours.
As part of our strategic sourcing and procurement practices, we identify and engage with certified businesses across a wide range of ownership categories to ensure our supplier base reflects the markets we serve and delivers high-quality, competitive products and services.
Diverse supplier businesses are essential to the economic growth of the communities in which we do business. Alight does not discriminate against any potential supplier on the basis of race, gender, religion, national origin, sexual orientation or any other protected characteristic. We welcome suppliers of all backgrounds and sizes who meet our business needs.
We are committed to including the following certified suppliers in our procurement processes:
- Women-owned business (WBE)
- Minority-owned business (MBE)
- LGBTQ+-owned business (NGLCC)
- Disability-owned business (DOBE)
- Veteran-owned business (VOBE) or service-disabled veteran-owned business (SD-VOBE)
- Historically underutilized business (HUB)
- Disadvantaged business enterprise (DBE)
- Small business (SBE)
We use certified diverse supplier databases to verify eligibility and assess suppliers based on business capabilities such as capacity, location and alignment with our operational needs.

Frequently asked questions
Have a particular question about our Supplier Inclusion Program? We've answered some of the most commonly asked questions.
How do I register as a supplier?
Click on the following link to access Alight Solutions Supplier Registration Portal.
When I register, does that mean I am an Alight Solutions Supplier?
No. Registering does not ensure Alight Solutions will do business with you. Registering and keeping your profile current allows us to contact you directly if an opportunity becomes available that matches your company’s product/service.
Is there a registration fee?
There is no fee/cost for registering as a non-diverse or diverse certified supplier.
What is the process after registering my company profile?
If your business meets a supply/service opportunity, you may be contacted for further information.
I am not a certified diverse supplier. Can I still be a part of the Supplier Inclusion Program?
Yes. We ask our prime suppliers to report out on their spend with certified diverse supplier (Tier 2) spend. Alight does not exclude any supplier based on race, gender, religion, national origin, sexual orientation or any other protected characteristic, and the company does not maintain or require quotas for such characteristics.
Where should I send my diversity certification(s)?
You can upload your diversity certifications in the identified field in your Supplier Profile.
