Alight Solutions (NYSE: ALIT), a leading cloud-based provider of integrated digital human capital and business solutions, has received high marks in the Q3 Forrester New Wave™ Workday Implementation Partners Scorecard from Forrester Research, Inc.
In its analysis, Forrester awarded Alight its Strong Performer designation, citing Alight’s expertise across the major Workday products, including outsourcing in areas like HR and finance. The report also noted Alight’s 2019 acquisition of Wipro for adding bench strength to its capabilities. Forrester analysts found Alight is well-suited for large and mid-sized projects. Alight’s highest score was for its Adaptive Planning capabilities.

Forrester evaluated vendors against 10 criteria, seven of which were based on product functionality and three of which were based on strategy. Forrester also reviewed market presence and invited the top emerging vendors to participate in an RFP-style demonstration and interviewed customer references. The vendors were then ranked along each of the criteria, and the top-scoring vendors were designated as Leaders
