Alight Solutions, a leading provider of next level human capital and business solutions, congratulates Cliff Sentell for his inclusion on Employee Benefit News’ 2020 Digital Innovators list. Cliff was selected for his role in creating Alight’s hyper-personalization solution, which uses AI and data-driven insights to create engaging employee experiences, while delivering a better return on investment of employer-provided benefits.

Employee Benefit News selects 20 individuals each year as the top digital innovators transforming the HR industry through technology and leadership. Nominations are submitted by readers – including HR executives and benefits directors – and are then evaluated by the publication’s editors and other industry experts.

“Through our AI-powered personalization engine, we can provide employees with timely information and calls to action that can influence behaviors to help improve their overall wellbeing,” said Colin Brennan, president of global solutions & services at Alight. “We congratulate Cliff and the entire Alight team involved in developing this industry-leading solution.”

Cliff led the innovation process for hyper-personalization with a multidisciplinary team comprised of Alight’s experts in product vision and development, technology strategy, data analytics and behavior change. Cliff joined Alight in 2018 as part of the acquisition of Compass Professional Health Services, where he was one of the co-founders.
